Stays and rates

Simple nightly rates, a lower rate for each additional dog and for long stays, as well as an optional pick-up and drop-off trip.

Overnight boarding

Your dog stays in our home while you’re away, with a comfortable place to rest, a fenced yard to explore and plenty of affection.

$40 per night

Each additional dog: $28 per night
Puppy rate: $45 per night
Long-term stays of 15 days and above: $30 per night

Deposits & payments

Booking stays simple: a deposit holds your dates, and the rest is settled when you pick up your dog.

Deposit: 20%; Required to secure your dog’s reservation, then applied toward your total.
Balance: At pickup; Adjusted to reflect the actual length of your dog’s stay. Extensions are subject to availability.
Payment: Cash preferred; We also accept Zelle, Venmo and Cash App.

Cancellations

Plans change. If you need to change or cancel a booked stay, send us a message or call (804) 338-7902. Here is what happens to your deposit if you cancel.

24 hours or more before boarding: Refundable; Your deposit is refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled boarding start time.
Less than 24 hours before: Nonrefundable; For cancellations made less than 24 hours before boarding, the deposit is nonrefundable.
